When you write to us through the Contact form, we collect your name, email address and message content, solely to reply to you. We don’t collect any other personal data during normal browsing of the site: we don’t use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.
The fonts used for the site’s design are hosted directly on our own servers rather than an external service, so displaying them does not share your IP address with third parties.
The Contact page embeds Google Maps to show our properties’ locations: loading the map may involve a connection to Google’s servers, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Each room and vacation-house page embeds our booking engine’s (inReception) live availability calendar, which loads a script from their servers to show you real-time open dates: this involves a connection to inReception’s servers, subject to their own privacy policy.
We process contact-form data to respond to your request (pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, if you write to us about a booking, to manage our relationship with you.
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, for confirmed bookings, for the period required by tax and civil-law obligations.
Your data may be processed by our hosting provider solely for the site’s technical management and, if you choose to book or check availability, by the booking-engine operator (inReception), subject to its own privacy policy.
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data at any time, or object to processing, by writing to lasiciliainunsogno@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
